<body> <h3>For Parents</h3> <p> </p> <h4>Your Accommodation</h4> <h5>Tranquillity, Safety while improving your English</h5> <p> </p> <p>One of the most important factors for the success of your Course Abroad is your Accommodation.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Student-Care NZ Ltd </b>Host families will:</p> <ul> <li>Provide a safe, clean and comfortable home.</li> <li>Provide three meals a day (i.e. a basic “Kiwi” breakfast, a nutritious bagged lunch and a full healthy dinner.) Morning and afternoon tea where required.</li> <li>Provide your transport to and from school or bus fares.</li> <li>Provide a warm furnished bedroom which will include a bed, dresser, desk, adequate heating and wardrobe.</li> <li>Provide all laundry services.</li> <li>Provide access to telephone, television, bath facilities and certain homes may have access to the internet.</li> <li>Treat you with the utmost respect and kindness.</li> <li>Help you get orientated into your new neighbourhood.</li> <li>Guaranteed all Homestay members to be English Speaking.</li> <li>Provide you with a Homestay Pack – which will include a map of your local area and school. Local community services.</li> <li>Provide Homestay care that will encapsulate the name of the company <b> Student-Care NZ Ltd</b></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>In addition to our host families requirements, we have a company mandate that the homestay experience is the most important aspect of our International Students and as such we devote a lot of time and effort into carefully screening and getting to know our Host families.<b> <i>We only choose the best.</i></b><i> </i>It is a requirement of the Ministry of Education in New Zealand’s “Code of Practice for the Pastoral Care of International Students” that all Host Families have been Police Vetted.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Student-Care NZ Ltd</b> philosophy is that all of its International Students leave one of their personally and carefully chosen homestays fulfilling their dream of a positive experience that will last a lifetime.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <h4>HOMESTAY FEES</h4> <p> </p> <p>Unlike any other homestay services, we have never had to limit the number of placements necessary to meet all of your needs. We base our high success rate on our rigorous recruitment process for Host Families, our open communication with our Host families and our detailed application forms. We are extremely proud to state that we go beyond that call of duty with respect of Homestay Services.</p> <p> </p> <p>Our fee structure is simple:</p> <div align="center"> <center> <table border="0" cellpadding="5" cellspacing="0" style="border-collapse: collapse" bordercolor="#111111"> <tr> <td>$500.00 </td> <td>+ Govt Tax 12.5% - International Student Enrolment Fee (Placement of Student into a New Zealand School)</td> </tr> <tr> <td>$250.00</td> <td>+ Govt Tax 12.5% - Homestay Placement Fee</td> </tr> <tr> <td>$45.00  </td> <td>+ Govt Tax 12.5% - Airport pick-up</td> </tr> <tr> <td>$45.00 </td> <td>+ Govt Tax 12.5% - Airport drop-off</td> </tr> <tr> <td>$220.00</td> <td>Homestay Accommodation per week 5 – 10 year olds</td> </tr> <tr> <td>$230.00</td> <td>Homestay Accommodation per week 11 – 13 year olds</td> </tr> <tr> <td>$250.00</td> <td>Homestay Accommodation per week 14 years and over</td> </tr> <tr> <td>$40.00 </td> <td>Per person per night – under 7 days</td> </tr> </table> </center> </div> <p> </p> <p align="center">All fees are quoted in New Zealand dollars.</p> <p> </p> <h4>Conditions and Cancellation Policy:</h4> <ul> <li>Please note that accommodation will not be confirmed until payment has been paid in advance.</li> <li>Accommodation Placement Fee is non-refundable</li> <li>Registration Fee is non-refundable</li> <li>Full homestay fees are only refundable if cancellation is received 48 hours prior to your arrival at Auckland International Airport</li> <li>Homestay fees will incur a 50% cancellation fee if notification is received within 48 hours of arrival.</li> <li>Full refunds of any outstanding homestay fees are given in extreme circumstances after the students arrival</li> <li>If a student chooses to change his/her accommodation then two weeks notice must be given</li> <li>If a student wishes to change homestay families within the period of his/her original booking then an additional fee of $NZ100.00 administration fee will apply.
